It promises to be the home of the future and offers reparation to the world’s poor: 3D Housing 5, the home designed by Massimo Locatelli from the CLS Architetti studio was created in collaboration with Italcementi and Cybe. Located in Piazza Beccaria, it demonstrates the potential of revolutionary 3D printed architectural projects, winning the Best Sustainability Award at Milan Design Week 2018. Inexpensive (it costs less than 300 euros per square metre) and sustainable, it is constructed without waste and the concrete of its walls can be recycled for the construction of another house.
