Klick, the solution to automate the preprinting processOnce again, Elitron proved to be at the forefront as far as automation development is concerned, presenting Klick at Simac 2019 in Milan

May 22, 2019

Klick is Elitron’s newest and innovative solution, specifically developed to automate the preprinting process.

Klick can be interfaced with all printers in order to speed up the printing process, reduce ink waste and keep the printing bed cleaner; it enables the re-use of left-over materials.

The system automatically recognizes the position of the materials and objects freely placed on the printing bed, and manages the workflow, thus obtaining greater productivity against cost reduction.

Klick 1
Recognizes the perimeter of the materials freely placed on the printing bed, and the printer prints only the design/texture within the perimeter of the recognized materials. It is not necessary to print on the entire printing area. No more ink waste. Printing time reduced.

Klick 2
Recognizes the perimeter of the materials freely placed on the printing bed, and places the shapes automatically or manually using video projection within the perimeter of the recognized materials. The shapes are then perfectly combined automatically with the images to be printed. Online nesting is then ready to be cut on any of Elitron’s cutting systems.

Klick 3
Recognizes the perimeter of the materials and objects freely placed on the printing bed and identifies the shapes to be printed. The shapes are then perfectly combined automatically with the images to be printed.
No matrix is necessary for the objects – it is enough to place them freely on the printing bed.

Satisfied customers

Elitron customers are so satisfied with the machines they purchase from the Monte Urano company that they are willing to spend the 3 days of Simac at the stand and show others the use of new technologies. As the saying goes: “A happy customer is the best advertising possible”.

elitron_img_9080Sandro Storani, from Monte San Giusto (province of Macerata), the owner of Tranceria S.D.E. – upper cutting machines, is an example of that.

An Elitron customer since 2001, last year he purchased Booster Ice: “I really appreciate the reliability of these machines, they are like ‘tractors’. They can operate 24 hours a day without ever stopping and they rarely need assistance. And even when they need to be repaired, the Elitron service solves the problem in one day. I cannot complain about anything”.
