New developments and thematic areas for Première Vision ParisThe edition dedicated to the 19/20 winter will host an area dedicated to Portuguese manufacture and another area to the world of sports, which is increasingly successful. The number of exhibitors is on the rise, although slightly (+0.5%).
From 19 to 21 September 2018 the new edition of Première Vision Paris, dedicated to the winter season, will see on display the offer of leather, fabrics and accessories of 1.964 companies (respectively: 294; 802; 332). 7% of the exhibitors will make their debut at the fair for the first time, therefore it will be possible to appreciate the collections by a few new names (143, to be precise). The level of internationalization of the event remains high. The fair will welcome brands from 57 different Countries.
Numbers aside, many are the novelties of this edition which are worth mentioning. Digitalization, ecoresponsibility, creative innovations and inspirations… These are the themes on which the fair will focus.
In terms of offer, the Country Focus on Portugal will animate the areas dedicated to manufacture (The Sourcing Connection and, in particular, the Leather Manufacturing Area – pavillion 3).
It is a good idea to dedicate a space to the sports world, which has been so successful these last few seasons: at pavilion 6, the Sport & Tech Forum, where it will be possible to admire innovative products and attend interesting conferences.
There will also be two throbbing hearts of the event such as Smart Square (a space dedicated to sustainability) and the appointment with the PV Awards, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary.
Finally, the launch of Marketplace Première Vision must be mentioned; the digital, online initiative will have a physical space at the Parc des Exposition, where it will be possible to test the platform and its functionalities.
