With BORADUE, Wintech revolutionises sole moulding
Brand new in the world of two-colour soles moulding, BORADUE, the three stations rotary machine, continues with the tour for its worldwide presentation, arriving at the SIMAC-TANNING TECH fair in Milan.
Wintech has always offered state-of-the-art products and solutions in moulding, while constantly striving to perfect its productive and logistic systems. To this end, it has developed BORADUE, a revolutionary and one-of-a-kind machine on the market, for the moulding of two-colour soles in compact and expanded thermoplastic materials. A machine that is a valid alternative to classic static two-stations machines fitted with four injectors, and the much more demanding 6/8/10 stations rotary machines with two injection groups.
BORADUE is a three stations rotary machine, with two injectors, destined for the production of two-colour soles in thermoplastic materials. Thanks to its two different productive cycles, designed to optimise cooling times, there is an incredible improvement in the productive capacity, in terms of pair/hour output, while also increasing the level of versatility. This greater flexibility allows for a choice between two different working programs, in accordance with the customer’s specific needs and kind of material to be injected, giving the operator the possibility to insert all the working parameters in a simple and intuitive way. BORADUE is also equipped with different optional functions, including automatic shift injectors, sole extractors, and the automatic lifting of the injection group.
In just one machine, BORADUE combines the versatility of a static machine with the high productive capacity of a rotary machine: the perfect mix for an excellent result.
