Arzignano on 7 October last saw the presentation of “Gruppo Mastrotto Express”, a new logistic center that between construction, buildings and stock has required investments of some 12 million euro. This is a structure that for its size and product range is now unique in the world tanning industry, enabling the Group in the Veneto to further strengthen its market leadership by offering an innovative service which takes into consideration the great difficulties the manufacturing trade is obliged to face today.

The items ready for delivery are designed for furnishing, hospitality, contract sectors, accessories, footwear, automotive, aeronautical and aviation industries. Materially Gruppo Mastrotto Express is a logistic center covering 4,300 square metres with a dedicated personnel and storage space for leathers ready to be delivered. In fact, a service that permits customers to very quickly view, select and order the quantity of leather to meet the needs of their time and space, choosing from a wide range of products. The firm ensures that any order can be shipped within 48 hours all over the world. A reminder that Gruppo Mastrotto, founded in 1958, now has 7 production units and 5 logistical centers in Italy as well as 3 other production units abroad, in Indonesia and Tunisia. It employs some 800 people in Italy and reaches a product turnover of 355 million euro.
