With each new edition, Futurmoda is increasingly establishing itself as one of the most complete and interesting events for the Spanish and international market of materials, components, and machinery for shoes and bags, with the participation of more than 410 brands and a positive visitor turnout at the edition held from 13 to 14 March.
Visitors especially appreciated the event’s modern trade fair concept, which was characterised by open-space stands that accurately highlighted and increased the visibility of products, thereby making their visit to the fair much easier and more enjoyable.
“Different people – commented José Antonio Ibarra, President of Futurmoda – had heard tell of the event and were very satisfied with their visits, as well as encouraged by the positive turnout in the halls and at the stands, leading many of them to already ask for more information concerning participation at the next edition”.
Manuel Román and Álvaro Sánchez, respectively the President and General Director of the Spanish Association of Footwear Components and Machinery Companies (AEC), were also very satisfied, pointing out how the fair’s halls were packed with visitors, with much business done at the individual stands.
Unanimous approval was also expressed by the exhibitors, who underlined how Futurmoda has grown over time and become increasingly popular, also thanks to the great organisational efforts. Among the sections most appreciated at the event was ‘Green Planet’ dedicated to eco-friendly products that respect the environment.
“The challenge for the future will increasingly be represented by sustainable products, which are of growing interest to consumers and businesses”, confirmed President of Futurmoda, José Antonio Ibarra.
