The already difficult life of the homeless was made even more so during the pandemic. Many welfare institutions continue to remain closed, medical care is partially restricted, and the homeless no longer know who to turn to. This is why SEEK, the fair of contemporary fashion, decided for the fourth time to collaborate with One Warm Winter by adhering to the GIVE BAG donation campaign that will collect throughout all of Germany sneakers to be donated to those who were hit the hardest by the pandemic.
One year after the success of #shoesomelove, GIVE BAG involves stores like 43einhalb (Frankfurt am Main), Acribik (Cologne), Allike (Hamburg) and Overkill (Berlin) with sneaker collection boxes for shoes that have been donated. However, it does not end here: sneaker guru Hikmet Sugoer, participating stores, as well as the sneaker experts and influencers Willy Iffland and Amadeus "Ama" Thüner from the podcast Oh, Schuhen! will donate their very own favourite pairs to be auctioned off: proceeds will go to the Caritas Berlin Arztmobil, which provides free medical care.
