Even the name itself is a declaration of intent: RE stands for recycling, PET for Polyethylene Terephthalate, the material from which the new fibre is made, ITA for Italy where the process is carried out. The control of the entire supply chain allows REPETITA® to be fully traceable, thus offering brands the possibility of guaranteeing consumers a 100% sustainable supply chain, starting from the raw material itself. Its superior performance compared to other polyester fibres on the market, makes REPETITA® ideal for all jacquard applications, from circular knitting to orthogonal weaving, from straight knitting to hosiery. In terms of performance, it offers the comfort of microfibre, the same breathability and thermoregulation as synthetic fibres and, if necessary, an appearance very similar to that of natural fibres. Its versatility allows it to undergo UV protection, antibacterial and waterproof treatments. REPETITA® is currently available in 32 colours and three titrations, factors that make it the ideal raw material for use as a second layer in fashion and sportswear but also for applications in the world of furniture and design.
