Even those who are worried about the health situation and the difficulties of reaching Italy have no excuses. The European Union and the Italian government have provided specific plans to facilitate activities and business”.
According to the regulations in force in Italy, in fact, all buyers/visitors from authorized countries are allowed to enter Italy for a period not exceeding 120 hours for proven work, health or absolute urgent needs with the obligation to leave the national territory upon expiry of the term.
Moreover, if there is the need to stay on Italian territory for more than 120 hours, the derogation from the obligation of fiduciary isolation and health surveillance for non-deferrable reasons may be granted. The request must be sent directly to the Ministry of Health ( which, if successful, will transmit the guidelines which the international buyer must comply with in order to be exempted from fiduciary isolation obligations.

The website of the Italian Ministry of Health, in particular the “Novel Coronavirus” page, is an important tool available to visitors, containing all the necessary information and operating instructions.

In particular, the completion of the appropriate European “Passenger Locator Form” is compulsory.
These provisions apply until 30 July, 2021.

Visitors/buyers residing in member countries of the European Union, may use the “EU Digital COVID Certificate”, the digital pass attesting vaccination and/or negativity to COVID.
