The historic Vigevano-based company is internationally renowned for its ever-evolving machines. Two of the stand outs are the K301 and K302. The new combined tool system with double brush (patent pending, with roller and paintbrush) of the K301 makes it suitable for both flat soles and boxed soles. It operates without glue waste, guaranteeing cleanliness, perfect cementing and a high degree of accuracy. The K302 is the first automatic machine on the market to mill and rough the bottom and sides of every type of sole. With its combined tool system (also patent pending), and vertical cutter and brush for side roughing, the machine creates a perfect base for subsequent treatments (cleaning, halogenation, cementing, etc.) and guarantees maximum precision in execution, a very high quality finished product, repeatability and no damage to the soles. The dust suction system also allows the operator to operate in total safety by eliminating the risk of inhalation. It is also compatible with most of the sole milling tools currently on the market.
Another machine that is currently very popular given its use for sneakers is the K175 Dual, the automatic side roughing and cementing machine, the only one with three different possibilities of use: only roughing, only cementing, and the new simultaneous roughing and preparation operation (system patented by Cerim). The machine guarantees maximum accuracy and high yield. The machining system with tool-exchange significantly increases the productivity of the machine and ensures maximum precision of the result as the roughing and gluing operations take place sequentially without removing the last from the working area.
The new system eliminates both the marking phase of the sole profile on the upper and the transfer of the last to other production areas, inside the factory, to perform the gluing operation.
